How does renting moving boxes work?

Pick a package sized to your home, choose your delivery and pickup dates, and check out online. We deliver clean, sanitized totes to your door, you pack and move, and we pick up the empties when you're done. No tape, no cardboard, no trips to the dumpster.

What's included in each package?

Every package includes stackable attached-lid totes, dollies, labels, and zip ties. Studio and 1-Bedroom come with 1 dolly; 2-Bedroom with 2 dollies; 3- and 4-Bedroom add a floor runner (3 and 4 dollies); 5-Bedroom includes 5 dollies and 2 floor runners. Extra equipment like wardrobe boxes and hand trucks can be added at checkout.

How long is the rental period? Can I extend it?

Choose 1 week or 2 weeks (our best value) at checkout. Need more time? Extensions are charged per extra week and vary by package — from $25/week for a Studio up to $85/week for a 5-Bedroom. Just contact us before your pickup date and we'll extend your rental.

Question 4

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 72 hours are not refundable, but contact us and we'll do our best to move your dates instead — same-week reschedules are usually fine as long as we have inventory. What payment methods do you accept?

We keep a card on file for your rental — you're charged when your booking is confirmed. Online payments are coming soon. For now, booking online reserves your order and we confirm payment details by phone or text.

Do you offer Spanish-language service?

Do you work with apartments or businesses?

Yes. We partner with apartment leasing offices (resident discount codes), real estate agents (referral bonuses), and companies doing office relocations — bulk tote orders with premium service. Contact us for B2B pricing.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

We deliver across the east DFW metroplex from our Royse City office in three zones: Green (0–15 miles — Rockwall, Royse City, Fate, Heath, Rowlett, Lavon, Caddo Mills, Nevada, Josephine, Wylie) is FREE; Yellow (15–30 miles — Forney, Terrell, Greenville, Garland, Mesquite, Sachse, Sunnyvale, Quinlan) is $25; Red (30+ miles — Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Fort Worth, Arlington, Denton) is $50. Pickup is always free, in every zone.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

No. Just tell us where to leave the totes in the special instructions at checkout — a porch, garage, or leasing office all work. We'll text you when the drop-off is complete. Same goes for pickup: leave the empty totes stacked and we'll grab them.

Question 10

What delivery windows are available?

Three windows, seven days a week: Morning (8–11 AM), Afternoon (12–3 PM), and Evening (4–7 PM). Pickup uses the same windows. Book at least 48 hours ahead so we can reserve your inventory.

What happens if a tote is lost or damaged?

Normal wear — scuffs and scratches from regular use — is covered by your rental fee. A lost or severely damaged tote (cracked, melted) is a flat $25 replacement fee, and a missing lid is $10. No deposits and no surprise charges; any fees are explained at pickup.

How are the totes cleaned between rentals?

Every tote goes through our full sanitization protocol between rentals: a high-pressure hot water wash (160°F+), followed by an EPA-registered disinfectant fog. We photograph each sanitized batch. Cleaner than cardboard — guaranteed.

What fits in a tote?

Accepted Answer

Our large totes swallow kitchenware, clothing, linens, toys, and garage gear — roughly the contents of 2–3 standard cardboard boxes. Medium totes are ideal for heavy items like books, files, and tools. As a rule of thumb: if you can lift it, a tote can hold it. Hanging clothes? Add a wardrobe box at checkout.
